Why do I need drop shipping?
If you do
not plan on carrying inventory or setting up warehouses for your retail online
business, then drop shipping can be a key part of your business. Drop shipping
allows you to start your business with basically $0 investment in inventory
What kind of profit margins can I make with drop shipping?
To begin
with, we give our drop shipper’s an additional 10% off the stated item price. We also allow our drop shipper’s to sell our items at any markup
they believe is reasonable.
Should my customers pay me first before I pay you?
You should
collect 100% payment upfront from your customers before placing your wholesale
drop ship order with us. This ensures you will not have any issues after the
products are delivered in regards to collecting payment.
Where do you ship?
We ship
worldwide except to France and Korea. If you have clients in France and Korea
and really would like to get some goods to them, please e-mail us to see if we
can arrange something.
What is an Authorized Dealer Agreement (ADA)?
This is a
legal document that outlines the rules and guidelines our drop shippers must
follow in order to sell our products. We require this agreement to be read,
signed and e-mailed back to us when joining our program.
Can my customer's track their orders?
Yes, we
will forward tracking details for every order so that your customers can easily
track their orders.
What is the minimum order for drop shipping?
We do not
have a minimum dollar value requirement; however minimum order for our products
is 5 pieces of an item which is a policy of our company. In some cases, some
items may differ from this number. The minimum order quantity is always the
first quantity amount shown in the chart of each product’s individual
information page.
How can I pay?
Drop
shippers can use the same methods to pay – Visa, Mastercard, American Express,
Paypal, Bank Wire & Western Union.
How do I get 10% off my order when paying?
Each of our
drop shippers is set up with a unique account number which is used upon check
out to receive the discount they are entitled to.
How do I know what products are in stock?
Stock
availability is rapidly changing, we try to update and remove items that are out
of stock ASAP. Always try to check with us on stock availability either by
e-mail or by browsing to see if the item is still in our web catalogue before
placing an order. We know many times it is not possible to check availability
beforehand but usually this is not a problem as we receive 100s to 1000s of
pieces of the same item.
How much do I charge for shipping?
Shipping is as stated below, however if you wish you can charge your clients more. The chart below shows our current rates but once again you can charge your own rates you only have to remit to us what is noted below.

What is the
return policy for drop shipped orders?
Our return
policy is the same – ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If for what
ever reasons you still have to return the product, PLEASE NOTE, re-stocking fees
are 25% of the price you've paid plus all shipping costs back to senders address
are your responsibility
Incorrect
Orders – If we have mistakenly shipped the wrong items to your client, we will
gladly replace them and reimburse you for any shipping costs your client has
incurred to send the goods back to us
Refused
Delivery – In the case of your client refusing the package and not taking
delivery of it, there will be re-stocking fees of 25% of the price you’ve paid
plus you and your client will be responsible for any shipping costs incurred for
the items to be delivered back to our warehouse.
