What is your delivery policy?
Delivery is estimated at 15-30 business days after payment received
and your order verified.
PLEASE NOTE - Due to the high volume we are currently experiencing, orders will ship within 4 -5 business days after order is received. We apologize for this.
Delivery time depends on your location in the world. In
the odd case delivery time may be longer due to customs in your region.

All orders are shipped to your door directly from the place of origin unless other arrangements have been made.
As soon as your order is shipped we will email you a tracking number at which time using the information provided you can check the "status" of your order 24 / 7 at the courier service provider’s website as indicated in your tracking information.
Please Note - We are not responsible for any delays caused either by "customs" or courier service providers or natural disasters. We are only responsible to ship your order according to the above guidelines.
Can I pick and choose sizes/colors/styles?
Unfortunately we do not accept orders for specific colors/specific styles/specific sizes for pre-packaged lots because of the nature of the wholesale business.
As we stated before – all products are surplus stock – not regular stock.
When we receive stock lots we try to make sure we assort and evenly distribute products fairly to all customers according to availability.
You may put your preferences for example “I would like smaller sizes” or “ I would like bigger sizes” in the order comment box and we will try to accommodate you to the best of our ability.
What is your Refund/Exchange/Return Policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL - Due to the nature of the "Stocklot" business.
However, if you have a major problem with your received order you have 72
hours to inform us about the problem.
You must send us detailed picture(s) and e-mail us at
custservice@lotsofwholesale.com
with detailed description of
the problem for us to investigate.
After our investigation, if the problem is legitimate, your account will be
credited or refunded accordingly
If for what ever reasons you have to return the product after a dispute, PLEASE
NOTE, re-stocking fees are 25% of the price you've paid plus all
shipping costs back to senders address are your responsibility
What are your guarantees?
1 – We guarantee shipment of your order as described on our website.
2 – We guarantee to investigate any legitimate complaint you have regarding the products you have received providing you have sent us detailed information and pictures within 72 hours after you’ve received your order.
Can I get samples?
Due to the fact that all products are SURPLUS merchandises, by the time we would send samples the product(s) in most cases will be SOLD OUT anyway.
However if you want to view the quality of the products and try our service there are many products posted with Minimum Order Quantities as low as 10 pieces only for you to try our products before you become a regular, repeated , satisfied customer of ours.

How do I redeem my credit?
If your account has a credit – you have 90 days in total – from the day the credit was issued – to use your credit. Otherwise your credit will be “VOID” and not valid any longer.
Do you have a showroom?
Even though we have associated offices and warehouses in a lot of countries NONE of our facilities are open to the public or vendors.
Our facilities are strictly to process our customers’ orders and we are strictly an online wholesale supplier.
What happens with VAT Taxes?
All Customers regardless of location are responsible for all VAT taxes / Duties of their respective countries. Please be aware and understand your countries customs and duty policies before you place an order because we will not be liable for duty paid on imported goods. That is a policy of your residing country that cannot be regulated by LotsofWholesale.com.
Regarding Products and Your Order
PLEASE NOTE: All products are PRE-PACKAGED in 10 pcs / 20 pcs / 25 pcs lots etc. according to information and pictures posted for each product in our web site catalogue. The information posted is how the stock lot is originally received.
We try hard to be fair to all our customers and evenly distribute orders, however at the time of your order some sizes / colors / styles may be sold out and will therefore be replaced with the next closest sizes / colors/ styles.
Please make sure you understand all merchandises are surplus stocks, not regular stocks, where there is ongoing reproduction of sizes / colors / styles
Make sure you order as per the Minimum Order Quantity of the posted product, otherwise we will not be able to process and complete your order. You can not order less than the Minimum Order Quantity of any lot.
